hi this is my first post on here and im sure not my last. i am a heavy long time plex user. i have come into an error recently that it will no longer show me my duplicate files (or even if their are) when i use the filter /duplicates/movies/titles. it use to but im not sure why it wont any more. so again this is my first time posting and i know about logs and such but ive never needed to get one so i would need to know how to get that for anyones help please let me know what might be causing this issue. thanks a lot plex community
