For the last several weeks, any new movies added to my PMS, the PMS is not downloading the metadata. I have a library of about 1000 movies. The last 15 movies added to my library within the last couple of weeks are the only missing metadata (all other 900+ movies that have been added before recently…

Join the other thread please. There are too many floating around to keep them all current.

I see this as well… If you go into “edit” for the movie, then it will have the posters there, but the poster does not automatically switch over once downloaded.

This has been reported . When everyone is back from the holiday, we hope there will be forward movement.

Any comment from someone at Plex, or are they not monitoring this forum anymore?
