that last picture is not what is in the log files I saw. there are two things I would suggest, in your edit library check your add folders section and make sure that points to the tv directory in your screenshot. If that is the only thing in that library delete it and re-create the library, otherwise perform the Plex Dance.
PS please post new logs after you do that.
