Just added Hawkeye Tv Series and it won’t show at all ! Never does that ! How do I fix this or erase the rejection ? Here are my logs and tell me if you need anything else, Thank you !

From a first look you need to rework your file naming.

I also recommend you do a full Plex Dance to ensure Plex is picking those files up correctly and to avoid confusion due to some of your previous names.
Ok ! First Problem I really have that’s caused by my file/Folder Naming ! Tried it in the passed and it costed me almost half of my files that got mixed up, Severely and took me a while to bring it back to where it is now ! So, I’m really not inclined to do that again ! Takes really lots of time to redo everything ! All I really need is a way to erase the log that blocks my tv series so that it can take it to the plex menu and I’m going to be fine ! All other Shows and Movies are there ! The way plex does it or Supposedly needs it to be, takes all infos from the files almost and leaves it almost empty and its really easy to mix it up, I Find ! Unless I did not do it like it should be, cause I followed, The Official Naming Schema at first and then had that super problem that almost made me loose everything ! So if you could help me this time , I’ll try to file name, with the Official Naming Schema, all my files again when I have time to do it, But right now, I can’t ! All I can do is fix this one for now !
If you want Plex to work correctly then you must follow the naming and structure correctly otherwise it will fail some or most of the time.
It is strictly up to you but Plex is VERY sensitive to file naming and structure particularly for TV shows.

Note 1: the eXX part of the specials must match EXACTLY what is found in TheTVDB
Note 2: The (year) may be omitted for shows that do not have more than one occurrence throughout the years.
There are many other structures and naming systems that work but this is the one I use and it just works.
For a mass rename I use FileBot with this format string {n.replaceTrailingBrackets()} - {s00e00.lower()} - {t}
It’s over 2 years that it’s been working and still working excepted, this file and I have around 40Tb of video files ! I’m not arguing the fact that it has to be well done and it is ! Even if it is not exactly the same as Plex guide lines, its works perfectly, excepted this folder/file ! So i’m not going to get help unless I go trough all that for one folder/file ? if thats the case, i’ll have to make a formal complaint to Plex ! Cause I payed my Plex Pass and if you don’t like the way my files are done, doesn’t make it right to not give infos the the client to fix his problem ! Thats where im going now, thank you for nothing !

Please understand that “I’ve always ignored the naming schema and got lucky” isn’t a guarantee that will work forever. Plex is very specific that naming and media preparation matter – even though the new scanner/agent is much more forgiving when it comes to deviations.
If you feel it’s too much to do that, there’s apps like Filebot which will help you doing that in a highly automated way (see Elijah_Baley’s post).
You paid for Plex Pass - That only means that you have enabled some features but it has nothing to do with Plex matching your crappy naming and it also has nothing to do with Plex’s support.
It works for other files but not for the one you are complaining about only says that Plex does a better than expected job of matching.
You can complain to Plex all you want but it will not fix the bad naming nor get you anything but grief.
Just because it worked in the past has nothing to do with continued functionality.
If you are too stupid or too lazy to use available tools to fix the problem then I would say you just need to live with it.
Plex is pretty good at matching but Plex is not magic and is under no obligation to fix your screwed up naming.
Personally I don’t care if Plex works for you or not. You asked and I and others gave correct information that would allow you to fix the problem but you choose not to follow what will fix the problem.

2 years , It’s been working fine ! There’s no lucky there at all ! The little differences in the naming, does not change anything at all ! I just did your supposed right way to do it and it does not work more, at all ! It still won’t take it ! I’m not going to rename all files cause of one that does not work ! That would be the worst fix I’ve eared of in my life ! If I listen to you, I’ll be here for an other 3 weeks full time, just to do what you’re asking me to do, just to fix one folder with 2 files in it, eeehhh No ! So i’ll see what they tell me at Plex cause, I just did that complaint ! I’m not here to waste my time , like lots do here I think ! I’m here to get the help I want to have and not the other way around ! So sorry tom80H but, I’m not going to gamble all my files for 2 files and a folder ! Thank you for not really helping me, when you could ! Cause I know it can be fixed easily without changing everyting !

You say I’m rude ? I think you should re-read your self Elijah ! But I’m not here to start an other argument at all ! I’m really sorry for yesterday, I’m not the type of guy that looks for that in my life, It’s more the other way around ! I was just looking for help and not for morals or not getting help cause I don’t do it like you want or like we should ! I fixed my problem my self yesterday and while I was doing that, I was looking at the first post you sent me and you made me realize, what that program was and I am using it now to change the way my files are to the right way for plex ! Yes, it was a not to good evening yesterday, cause of what happened but, you did get me to realize that I should start doing it the right way, so I don’t have problems in the future !
