Plex not finding new media

Hello all,
I’m trying to add new content to my libraries, but Plex doesn’t seem to find it. I’ve added content to a Movies and a Music library, and neither seem to find any new media. I’ve tried manually scanning the library, refreshing the metadata, checking the format and naming of the files, and nothing has worked thus far. I also have the “Scan my library automatically” option enabled in the settings, but I still haven’t seen anything. Everything was working fine for the past few months, until about the beginning of October. Any thoughts?

When Plex can’t find new media on my Linux server, it’s almost always a permissions issue.
