I am currently on 1.18.0. And on newest version of macOS. When I update to any newer plex version my server stops grabbing new movies and tv shows. It still scans but I have to close out and delete the newer version and downgrade to 1.18.0 before new media starts popping up. Is this a known issue, or just a problem specific to my server. I’ve also noticed the database folder has been backing up blobs but nothing else. I have tried the steps to repair my database but plex won’t open after that. Any ideas or tips would be appreciated.
You are not alone. Are you saying 1.18.0 does work for you? I downgraded to 1.17, last known version for me. Maybe I’ll give 1.18.0 a try because I want the subtitles fixes.
It does for me. Any newer version doesn’t even show I added media to my library. 1.18.0 adds movies fine but no posters for new tv shows which I see seems to be fixed in the newest beta. So I’ll hang on this one for a while until they get it together. I’m glad I’m not alone.
