Plex not playing anything on android

Plex movies and TV shows etc not playing on android
My subscription is a free one but I have my own movies on it. I’m running the server on my cloud home.
I’ve googled it and it seems a common problem.
I’ve done every troubleshooting possibility in the Web.

When is this going to be fixed?
Was going to take out a subscription but I don’t think I’ll bother now.

There doesn’t seem to be a solution for this at the moment.

Can anyone help?

Seems like a trend:

All I can play is music.

No solutions on here have worked with my cloud home as regards updating plex media server on my cloud home etc.

Plex support is none existent in general and there is nobody to contract about it

I think that plex video playback will no longer work in android and there is nothing we can do
