Plex not reachable on Synology NAS DS216

Plex Server Version#: 1.19.3.2852-219a9974e (latest)
NAS Synology DSM version: DSM 6.2.3-25426 (latest)

Since 3 hours my Plex on Nas working very good, I have updated DSM version and now when I try to open http://192.168.1.103:32400/web/index.html I have error:
" Plex non è raggiungibile.

Assicurati che il tuo server sia connesso a internet e che eventuali firewall o altri programmi siano impostati per permetterne l’accesso."

in english it says: “Plex is not reachable. Check internet connection and firewall or similar…”
I really don’t know what to do, I tried to check all NAS settings but nothing is change, I tried to uninstall Plex and re-install, I tried to delete Preferences.xml file
Please help me, I love Plex media server and I really need to use it!

Hey Luca I’m getting the same exact thing, but only I’m running on a DS918+ upgraded to the latest Plex server version this morning and 3 hours later I can’t seem to access my Plex server.

it was a very strange coincidence that I have upgraded DSM and Plex stop to working for global problems!
today it seems everything fine and working, also a new release of Plex it was released
