Plex not recognizing new files when I scan libraries

I’ve been running plex for a month now and I love it. I’m running Plex Version 1.12.2.4929 on a FREENAS media server. However just this weekend I noticed every time I upload new files to my media server and scan library files plex does nothing. The files are there, I’m using the exact same file naming structure for my movies that have worked for the past month but they aren’t being recognized. Is there a limit of media that plex has in a library? I have only uploaded 150 movies to my server. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

I came here looking for an answer to that as well. Sorry I can’t help other than to say it isn’t just you. I assume some service is temporarily unavailable and will be back???

I am having the same issue as of recently
web version: 3.79.0
plex version: 1.12.2.4929
