I have been recording a number of OTA shows for several years. Some time ago (I can’t say exactly since when, it’s a couple of months) the recording stopped. I can see that Plex acknowledges a “recordable” show out there, but (waiting until the recoding is over) afterwards there is nothing there. I also see that it keeps showing “no upcoming airings” for shows that clearly are upcoming. What is going on - what can I do?
I have the latest server, the latest client, my own url/externally accessible server. What now?

Try deleting your DVR and then adding it back in. That fixed my problem. I remember getting a message that I needed to do that a few months ago, not sure why. I was worried it would delete all the recordings that I had setup, so I took note of all the shows I had setup to record automatically. I deleted the DVR, added it back, rescanned channels, went to my library, checked my DVR schedule, and I could see all my shows still scheduled and I could also see that there were upcoming recordings that were showing on the calendar. Hopefully that works for you.
@rsrodriguez03 is on to the first thing to try. The DVR remove and re-add is needed because several months ago Plex switched EPG providers. You may need to remove and re-add all of your scheduled recordings as well.
Thanks for the reply- it’s much appreciated. Unfortunately, I did that ehen the warning came out, and I updated the program info again recently, but it didn’t do the trick. I will try it again, but I have little faith. I will let you know either way.

Have you tried deleting one of your scheduled recordings and creating it? Can you watch live TV? What happens if you are watching live TV and while watching set it to record? Will it record so you can see it later?
