apologies in advance for jumping in here but i think i am having a similar problem with my TVDB not scraping. I have a few cartoon series that ive recently added and it appears that nothing is being added although it does appear to be reading the folders/files. I just dont know enough about what i am looking at in the logs to make any sense of it. I have attached all logs.
The most recent ‘com.plexapp.systemlog’ around line 3282 seems to indicate the relevant folder i am trying to scan but thats a far as i can go. (Paw Patrol)
As a note, there are 17 other series/folders that have previously scanned fine prior to ~september but nothing since. Also, i have an Emby server running on the same NVidia Pro Shield and pulling from the same Synology. and it works flawless.
Any guidance would be deeply appreciated. Thanks.
