After upgrade to version 18.4.2171 TVDB agent does not work on Shield

After upgrading to version 18.4.2171 ten days ago, the TVDB agent it will not fetch data for any title. Logs attached. I’ve done 2 server reinstalls with the same result.
I’m new to plex so any help is appreciated.

For this show is the folder name 1000 Ways to Die 5 Seasons? if it is can you change it to just 1000 Ways to Die and try to refresh metadata for it. if it still fails can you grab the logs again

The folder was indeed named ‘1000 Ways to Die (five seasons)’. I renamed the folder to '‘1000 Ways to Die’ and tried to scrape data with TVDB unsuccessfully. The updated log file is attachedPlex Media Server Logs_2020-01-30_17-50-56.zip (8.1 MB)

What folder are you adding to the library? this shows you have

that second line should only be /storage/WDMYCLOUDEX4/Public/Videos/TV/2300-2399/ and not include the show folder

like you do not add individual shows here. is should be like below with the folder level above the show folder

I see what you’re saying. Another level inadvertently appeared in the file structure. TVDB seems to be working now.
