Plex not seeing a show in a folder after migration

Server Version#: Version 1.25.6.5577
Player Version#: N/A
I’ve migrated the plex server from shield to Qnap. Everything seems to be OK for the most part, except I’ve noticed one of the shows is not seeing at all anymore. I’ve tried to rename it, remove it from the folder, re-scan, emptied trash, re-added, deleted that particular library, re-created, re-added the folders, it finds them all but this one. Changed scanner in the library. Nothing changes. In the log I see

Mar 04, 2022 16:56:00.204 [0x7f701587bb38] DEBUG - Scanner: Processing directory /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/PLEX/Stephen King TV Shows/Bag.of.Bones.2011 (parent: yes)
Mar 04, 2022 16:56:00.204 [0x7f701587bb38] DEBUG - Directory had 2 files, database had 0 files, can’t skip.

Anything else I should try?
Files inside the folder are:
Bag.of.Bones.Part.1.mkv
Bag.of.Bones.Part.1.mkv
Again, it was present when I was still on nvidia shield…

Check the permissions on the files and the path at each level. Just a thought

You have a case of bad naming here!

So please start by telling us what the root directory is for your show library

This is the root:
/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/PLEX/Stephen King TV Shows
I believe this is correct. I also had “Season 01” folder inside “Bag.Of.Bones.2011” as well, I’ve removed it while troubleshooting this issue. The thing is I had this show showing in nvidia shield as is…Of course I understand that it was android, and now it’s a little different OS so maybe it’s more picky this way. The rest of the over 100 shows all showing up, and over 1000 movies do show up as well, so I’m not new so to speak when it comes to get plex to recognize the data.
Can you please suggest what the file names should be for this 2 part show?

Okay

Inside that, make a folder named:

Bag of Bones (2011) {tmdb-39758}

Inside that, make a folder named
Season 01

Inside that, put your medias, and name them like:

Bag of Bones (2011) {tmdb-39758} S01E01.mkv
Bag of Bones (2011) {tmdb-39758} S01E02.mkv

Thanks man! That indeed worked. Live and learn
