I recently bought a new Qnap TVS-h874 and migrated my Plex server from my old TVS-473. My movies and music made the transfer without issue, but TV shows are a mess. It’s completely ignoring thousands of files (If I click the activity button in the top right I can see Plex looking in the folders but not pulling anything) The files it does bring into plex are all labeled as the first show in my library, “24”. I’ve gone in and deleted all of the TV Metadata via WinSCP, Deleted and recreated the TV shows Library (multiple times), restarted the server multiple times, tried the different scanners plex offers, updated ownership of the files on the server, renamed every file in my library (although the existing file names worked fine on the older server), but still get the same result, about 250 episodes of “24”. I’m frustrated and out of moves.
Note, I’m switching operating systems from QTS to QuTS (ZFS) not sure if that’s a factor but as I mentioned, my movies and music transferred without issue.
