Plex not seeing Media Server, and cant re-add media server from Plex WebUI

Player Version#: 1.16.6

My Plex account does not see my QNap NAS drive as the media server. Thinking it was an software issue I updated the Plex software on my QNap NAS drive with the latest software version for my QNap NAS, which it successfully installed, but for some reason my server is not listed on the Plex home page online, my QNap NAS which is my media server for Plex is no longer listed as the server, and I dont see any where on the Plex WebUI where I can re-add a server. Usually any media servers that is linked to my Plex account is listed in the top left corner of the Plex WebUI, but now there is no option to add a server. I also checked the Plex installation on my QNap drive and everything is running normally, I also check all my other devices such as my iPhone 11, and the Plex app also does not see my media server (QNap NAS) so I dont know what the issue is but I bet it has something to do with Plex. I hope they fix this asap.

Sounds like the server might be offline.
Can you confirm on the QNAP that Plex is actually running?
If it does… can you still access the Plex Media Server through the QNAP’s local IP address (http://[QNAP ip address]:32400/web)?
