Hi I have a QNAP 453A with plex media server running over a year. The PMS is not visible on any of the plex apps.
I can see my please cloud and other remote servers. How do I debug this issue.
I already tried restarting the QNAP, re-installing the latest PMS package. The local server does not show up.
can you access the server via Plex Web (https://your-qnap-ip-address:32400/web)?
Yes I can access the site but only plex cloud shows up and not my local server.

Plex Web showing indicates the server is actually up and running
your local server not showing indicates there’s some issue…
can you access the Plex Media Sever content on the QNAP and manually zip the logs to attach them here? Based on your description I suppose you cannot access Settings > Server > Help > Download Logs for the server on the QNAP…
