This is my first post to the Plex Forums so if I’m forgetting something or need to put more information, please let me know.
I have PMS running on a TerraMaster F4-210 through the version that’s on their appstore (not docker.) I have been running into an issue where some movie files will not add. I have Radarr set up to automatically rename these files to the correct file format that Plex accepts Movies>MovieFolder (YYYY)>MovieName (YYYY) and it seems to only find matches for about 2/3rds of the movies I add.
I’ve seen other posts that recommend the Plex Dance, but I have checked the file names and they seem to match the scheme as they are added to the folder, then scanned automatically. Out of curiousity I did the Plex Dance and didn’t see a change.
Does anyone know what would keep my files from being added? Thanks in advance!
