Plex not sending correct audio track

I am transcoding Remuxes to a lower bitrate to make use of the watch together feature while still enjoying high-quality footage and was testing it on different devices.

For some reason, EAC3 transcoding doesn’t work, neither to AAC nor OPUS, both stutter.
On the desktop player, it plays back fine.
I have 7 audio tracks:

  1. English EAC3
  2. English AC3 2ch commentary
  3. English AC3
  4. French AC3
  5. Spanish AC3
  6. English EAC3
  7. Spanish EAC3

So I wanted to switch to the 3. English ac3 track, and suddenly I got 4. french audio.
If I then switched to 4. french it gave me the 5. Spanish audio.
and when I then click on 5. Spanish, the app crashed.

All these tracks work perfectly in VLC, the plex desktop app, and the browser.

Is there something wrong with my setup/settings?

What can/should I provide so the Plex devs can look into this?
(and where can I get it?)

Update: The stuttering was caused by the EAC3 track having 1024kbps bitrate, transcoded it to 768kbps and now it works fine.
The wrong audiotrack issue is still persistent though.

Can you provide the xml info fro that video?

I’m sorry, I have deleted all the media files in the meantime.
I also had issues with other files that needed their audio to be transcoded, the ones that I didn’t alter played back fine.
So it must have been me that did something wrong with the transcoding.
