I’ve been running my Plex server from a Nvidia Shield for a few weeks now and haven’t had any problems, but recently I’ve come across a strange glitch when trying to change the poster or background image on any media, TV show or movie. I click the edit button and choose the Poster option and it momentarily flickers with the options to choose from and then disappears, leaving the screen empty. I’ve attached screenshots below of what it looks like, so hopefully that helps if I haven’t explained it very well.
I would appreciate any suggestions, and know that I am new to Plex so feel free to explain really obvious things in a dumbed down way.
