Plex not showing libraries after 1.40 update

I recently did the 1.40 update and I read it might take a bit for the database to update. My database is 417mb (20tb of content). After the update it opened to Recommended by Plex so I let it sit for about 30 minutes but nothing changed, so I rebooted my server. It still wasn’t showing my library so do I need to wait longer or is something broken?
