I purchased my first month pass today to enable hardware encoding.
Unfortunately it does not seem to work at all with an egpu (CPU is at 100%) through thunderbolt 3, but does work with the internal graphics hardware.
Have you any ideas on why this may be happening using QS?
Are egpus supported, it has an RTX2060 INSIDE)

what OS ?
what CPU ? does it have an integrated gpu ? if so is the integrated gpu enabled or disabled?
what do the status page and logs say when you attempt to play something?
