Plex on Samsung smart tv will not work

I can see Plex on my Windows computer and my iPhone But when I use my Samsung smart TV, Plex say: checking connection speed to Plex NUC
Why? Can somebody help me? :sleepy: :face_with_peeking_eye:
It beginning for two months ago.
I have try to delete the Plex app on my Samsung smart TV and install it from new and they have the news update.

In Settings > Video can you disable Quality Suggestions to see if it helps

it works, but I don’t understand why it should suddenly start something like this?
