Firstly apologies if this has been posted elsewhere. My search didn’t find anything.
I am a Plex Pass subscriber. I have the latest PMS installed on my Synology NAS.
Recently, Plex on my XB1 simply won’t connect to the server. The software is running and accessible via Plex on my Roku. Interestingly, the new version of Plex for Roku, in BETA, has the same issue.
Any ideas?
Is your server available externally? Check Settings -> Server -> Remote Access (should have a green check).
Your server needs to be connected to plex.tv and externally accessible to do the ip lookup since 3rd party apps can't do local network scanning.
