cant connect to my server outside my network ive tryed almost everything i can think of and nothing works

Every time I’ve had problems it was with UPNP, disabled and manually added a firewall rule in my router, and it’s never had a problem since.

Can you be a bit more specific about what you tried and to what actual outcome?

What type of IP address allocation does your ISP use? Possibly you have a CGNAT situation so you can’t get a direct connection to the server. Enabling relay mode in the network setting will at least get you access to the server, but you will be restricted in bandwidth.

Another common cause is double NAT if you have 2 routers that are both assigning IP address to your local network, which would prevent you from accessing the server remotely.

You possibly have both going on at the same time, which might be the reason you haven’t found a solution that works yet. By chance, are you with Starlink or another internet satellite service provider? I have experience with setting a server up when connected to Starlink, which uses CGNAT, but the only way around it I found was using the relay after fixing the double NAT scenario.
