Unable to connect to server outside of network

Hello,

For some reason, i am no longer to access my server remotely.

attached are the current logs

Your server is accessible from the outside.
That you might be unable to use it from external can have a number of reasons.

If you are using public or corporate WiFi accesspoints, access to plex.tv might have been blocked by their respective operators.

side note: please disable ‘verbose’ logging. It only fills up the logs with rather useless chatter and causes the logs to ‘rotate’ too fast so that relevant information cannot be gathered after an issue.

Have you check your actual IP address on your router associated with WAN access. My ISP recently installed CG-NAT on all fibre customers forcing those that use plex and other remote services to pay extra for a static IP. Simply if your router WAN IP address is different from the Public IP address, you need to consult with your ISP

Seconded. I JUST ran into this last week. My ISP started using CG-NAT. Plex would warn me that I was in a “Double NAT” situation and after talking with my ISP, they confirmed and said “Yes. We’re using CG-NAT to help with the IPv4 address shortage”. They then sold me a “discounted” Static IP :frowning: which I paid for.
