The default location is
C:\Program Files (x86)\Plex\Plex Media Server
so I completely deleted plex off my computer and now for some reason I have to add my library back is that what was suppose to happen

If you deleted the registry and the data folder, then yes, you have to set up anew.
But that is not what I told you to do.
I think cause I deleted off d drive and reinstalled on c drive… c is my ssd any way so shouldn’t it run smoother on there anyway
No, that shouldn’t be the case. Unless you used some ‘uninstaller’ software instead of the regular Windows ‘Apps’ control panel. These wipe out any related data of an app.
I just noticed something: it appears you have mixed the Plex data folder into your media folder on drive E:
E:\Movies\Library\Application Support\Plex Media Server\Cache\PhotoTranscoder
Never, ever do that. Keep them strictly separated.
Now you have to remove these subfolders from E:\Movies.
I doubt you can reconstruct your old library from these.
Is D: still available for storing your Plex data folder?
so E is my 14tb external hard drive I use to store all the torrents I down load… yeah that’s fine I just rebuilding my library now its halfway done
Wait, have you checked where Plex now stores the data folder? Just to avoid it filling up your SSD.
Settings - Server - General - ‘Show Advanced’ - “The path where local application data is stored”
Which path is currently appearing in there? (Please don’t change it, yet)

If it’s older models: sorry, the old app is no longer running well. The sole developer had to cease development.

Yeah, this should be fine. But go for the newer incarnation of the Firestick. The first generations had very weak hardware and couldn’t handle even FullHD right sometimes.
If you are after high quality surround sound or you use subtitles heavily, go for a nVidia Shield instead.
Ok last question… So if I was to get new Samsung TV app would work and updates for app are being made? If not do think anyone would ever start updating app again. Thanks for all your help

I know of no major bugs currently.
