Player Version#: been happening for quite some time across multiple versions
i have plex on several fire tvs and an google tv in my home. on all of them every few days i end up having to do a restart through settings or unplug replug every couple days. this because either plex starts crashing when i open videos, when i’m browsing the videos on the server, just showing a black screen with no sound, or just a black screen. i’ve started taking to having a roku attached to the tvs for plex on some and have the others plugged into smart switches for easier power cycling. what is wrong with plex on android and is there anything i can do to mitigate it.
