Plex on Apple TV not showing correct TV Cast Members. Works on other devices

I have having an issue with both of my Apple TV plex clients for a while. I have a Roku TV that I also have a Plex client on as well as my iPhone plex app and web app.
For some reason. both of my Apple TVs don’t show the correct cast for my TV shows. They show fine on my Roku, iPhone and Web apps.
This is not a recent development, it’s been like this for at least six months and I’ve done sone searching but haven’t found anyone with the same issue. I’ve been hoping a server or client update would fix it but it hasn’t.
My Movies are fine but not my TV shows. I tried removing and re-installing the app on Apple TV but it doesn’t help. I don’t believe it’s a DB issue as the case shows fine on other devices. I tried doing a full rescan but it doesn’t help either. I have an Apple TV 4K (1st Gen) and Apple TV HD both are up to date with the tvOS.
I looked through the server logs and didn’t see anything aside from the following which I don’t know helps;
ERROR - Error response for update: 5 (Unhandled exception).
ERROR - Unable to find client profile for device; platform=macOS, platformVersion=21.4.0, device=macOS, model=

The second one probably doesn’t apply since it is my apple TV and not my macOS client.
Can anyone provide any insight as to why this is happening and more importantly how to fix it?

Would you mind taking a screenshot of it being right in one app like Roku then that same screen on Apple TV being incorrect.

Both Apple TVs show the same wrong cast. Well, not wrong. those cast are actually in the show. It’s just not showing the main cast.

On the Roku can you move to actually focus on episode 5. ( usually there is a white border around selected/focused episode). I think though it is showing the info for episode 5 it is not focused so showing the main cast. On Apple TV it is focus on episode 5 so it showing just the extra cast for that episode

or the apple Tv is just showing episode cast still. That might have changed recently

It’s been like that for several months, that I know of at least. The main series cast is shown at the show-show level, episode guest stars/extra cast is show at the episode-level (on my Apple TV). I actually kind of like that.

I was just playing around with the focus on both and I can’t get the main cast to show on Apple TV whether I just choose the season or an episode and Roku always only displays the main cast

Ahh but I just checked the episode info and it only shows the extra cast.

Roku doesn’t have this option so I can’t compare.
I checked a few episodes on the AppleTV and they all show that extra cast and not main cast.
