Plex on Nvidia Shield

Might just go with user accessible storage and when I need to do a reset move it onto a hard drive and place it back on the shield after a reset that’s possible correct ?

So I followed the instructions for restoring a Plex database on Nvidia shield from Plex and unfortunately it didn’t work

Why can’t I see cast info when using Plex on ShieldTV? I can see it with chrome browser on my computer or with Kodi Plex add-on on ShieldTV.

Hi!

Since the Oreo update, I am encountering issues with the Plex application and server.

The server stops often. It is also unable to see some folders on my NAS drive, which it used to be able to access.

Other applications on my Nvidia Shield TV are able to see the NAS and its folders. This is an issue specific to Plex.

I have tried cleaning the cache, uninstalling recent updates, reinstalling the app. Nothing solves this issue.

Any idea?
