Plex on PS4 Pro not working

I have a shared user trying to watch content on a PS4 Pro. The server tries to transcode but keeps logging the following and then eventually times out on the PS4.

Any ideas. This seems to be a new issue as they have watched plenty of content in the past.

Same problem on PS4 (standard). The Plex player on PS4 seems very buggy, it’s an eyesore. I wonder if it’s maintained at all.

Haven’t been able to get the player app to work on my PS4 pro ever. It worked for maybe the first 48 hours after I installed it. Since then, nothing.
