Are the problematic videos mostly MP4/M4V? Yes but I only see the issues with MP4 files as I don’t own any M4V files.
I’ve been having these issues since Thursday 5th March, thought it was something with my remote server or Virgin (ISP) but after coping the file to my local server I saw the same issues. I then noticed the PS4 app was updated and saw no issues on other devices available to me (Android, Chrome on Mac/Windows 10).
