All of a sudden the Plex app on my Roku is now showing “buy Plex Pass” as the 1st menu option when going to switch a user from the Plex home screen. This is something that just started happening within the past week. I’ve had a Plex Pass for over 3 years and am really annoyed with seeing that as an option on there especially as the 1st option. If this is intentional then I feel like it’s a very poor decision. We change user accounts frequently on a daily/nightly basis and muscle memory has us used to clicking the name menu pushing down once and then switching user. Now we have to click down twice and that’s highly annoying.
I should mention that this is using the “Plex Preview” app on the Roku and it’s happening on all of my Roku devices. I don’t have the regular Plex app as that seemed confusing to my wife and kids to see multiple Plex apps in the Roku channels.
I searched the forums and didn’t see this mentioned anywhere so my apologies if it has already been asked.
