I’ve been reading posts on here all evening and nothing mentioned has resolved the issue I’m seeing. Whenever I try to play a video through the Plex app on the new Roku I just bought, I get the following error: “Not enough bandwidth for any playback of this item. Cannot convert to below minimum bandwidth of 103kbps. Neither direct play nor conversion is available.” My PMS (v1.7.5.4035) is running on a QNAP NAS. The PMS is seen on the local network (Nearby), Remote Access is enabled, Transcoder is set to Automatic, and I’ve tried connecting via ethernet and wireless (Airport Extreme - ac). I can play videos in Chrome on my Mac.
Where is that bandwidth setting being read from? Is it a Roku setting or an Airport Extreme setting? And how can I change it?
