Plex on Samsung (Tizen) only black picture

I would like to understand if I’m affected by this:

My brother uses a Samsung GQ65Q82T (2019 Tizen) TV.

I have shared my libraries with him and he can browse them just fine.

When he selects something he gets a black screen and movie controls when he presses something on the remote.

My plex server is behind a valid lets-encrypt certificate behind a reverse proxy.

I have set up " Custom server access URLs " and verified that they work.

Does nobody else have this problem with a samsung TV?

Yes m8 whats total b.s is that ive downloaded the App it all works fine on my Android 12+ OS mobile yet every single time i try to cast it too my smartbox tv it PLAYS THE ADDS BUT NOT THE PROGRAM. I knows how to use it through a vpn or proxy vpn. Whats a scam is that if u click on setting while waiting you can turn onscreen streaming facts of your show and its all there snd you can see its working exept it doest just that silly circle going round then after waiting 5 mins of that crp it’s shows that dumb "oh ! There’s seems to be an error " ? sign ! Yet they still got the cheek to make u sit through two adds the 5mins of :large_blue_circle: so WTF this App is Simply Android/Samsung and GoogleAppstore/arsefacebook conspiracy as anothet way to defeat privicy laws disgracefull wau of theft under misleading and misseling abuse of their illeagal monopolising the net for themselves

I have the same issue: everything was playing fine until a few weeks ago and no I get black screen on direct stream, nothing happens when trying to play a video.
When activating the logs, it hangs on “buffering” before throwing an error message: “ERROR [Unhandled Rejection]: Unknown error Error: Unknown error at getErrorObjectLocalStore (:1:5960) at callback (:1:9397) at :1:21004 at c (https://app.plex.tv/tv-tizen/main.js:2:4309)”

I could not find any meaningful information in the server logs.

Hi, i have recently a issue similar, black screen or it plays after few second, but buffering a lot. Nothing is watchable.

From my Chromecast, it works fine.
