What can i do when no support from Plex?

I have a very frustrating problem.

And no help from plex.
What can i then do?

I see five choices.

  1. Post a lot more detail about how to reproduce and exactly what is running on your Shield and what your version app on the Shield is. “Newest” is meaningless. Maybe that will give Plex enough info to reproduce the problem, You cannot give Plex too much info.
  2. Switch to Kodi.
  3. Switch to Emby.
  4. Abandon media managers all together and play your media with something like VLC.
  5. Use a different client like Roku, Fire (stick or Fire TV), one of the Android devices or a dedicated computer.

I made a video to show what is happening.
But you are right that i have now give more info.

Meaby i can enable logging and provide that.

I love plex so i will try to get it working :slight_smile:
