The Plex on my Smart TV stopped recognising the server. I can access it on my laptop, phone and my PC but not on the TV. Any thoughts why this might be?

The Plex on my Smart TV stopped recognising the server. I can access it on my laptop, phone and my PC but not on the TV. Any thoughts why this might be?
You will need to forward some information. Like TV Brand, Model.
If it is a LG then the app version given is not the latest, which is odd as it is updated on a launch. Try uninstalling the app and re installing including a power cycle from the wall socket ( 2 Min delay), remove the app tile from authorised devices in the server’s settings. Re link your TV, Pin your Libraries and check your app settings via your home screen Avatar. Include in Manual server settings, your server’s LAN IP and port 32400
Failing that a TV factory reset and repeat the above. If doing a factory reset it is recommended to take note of TV settings.
