Plex on Syno 918+ : errors and NAS always "working"

Hi,

I have somes problems with my Plex Server installed on a Synology DS918+.
First, in the logs, I have errors :

The other problem is that HDD on my NAS always working, every 5 or 10 seconds…

Are these two problems related ?

How to fix that ?
