Plex on Synology Nas to Android Sony TV playback issues

Issue is that some files show up in the library just fine but when you try and play some of them it just stalls an nothing happens.
Have tried within the plex app on the tv to adjust various settings on video size etc but nothing works.
NAS is new and a decent one DS1019+ with 21TB of storage
Network is the NAS connects to powerline adapter through wiring then into the router itself. TV is hardwired cat5 into the router. So reasonably simple path.Plex Media Server.log (9.1 MB)Logs (1).zip (3.2 MB)

You’re trying to play in the middle of what looks to be a large photo library import.

You’re consuming the resources which would otherwise be used for streaming to photo import.

Thanks ChuckPa, I will delve deeper as it said there was an update to plex server so i installed that on the NAS and removed the Sony TV from dev ices and uninstalled plex tv client and reinstalled everything,NAS plex server would have kept settings.
Video played this time and think there was no import happening this time and it was buffering like crazy to the point of being unwatchable but it didnt appear to be doing the video cant be played error.

Think the issue is the NAS is not connected directly to the router and its going through an old houses electrical wiring and the powerline adapters so probably low throughput.
