Hi, I’ve just changed my IP and therefore have a new router.
Plex works fine when accessing via 192.168.0.X, works fine via https://app.plex.tv/ externally, but internally when I go to https://app.plex.tv/ I get server can’t be found securely.
Anyone know what’s going on?

Can’t tell without logs but it sounds like the new router has DNS Rebinding Protection active (which is good) but doesn’t know to allow the overlay private domain plex.direct
Most new routers allow you to declare an exception to allow a private domain (for your lan) such as plex.direct

Not sure if it’s related, but if I disable secure connections it works.
That’s a pretty good indicator.
It doesn’t know what to do with the domain asking for Secure so it blocks it.
There must be a technical manual (more in depth than a quick setup guide) somewhere
If there is, I’m struggling to find it.
Also seems to be working fine using the Android app and Mac app
