Help please I have a plex pass not able to use it for some time now. I have a WD my cloud home 8tb. And using BT Infinity home smart hub 6. Was all working for a few months. Then I had red dustbins on all of my media. Only way to get it to work again without the red bins. Was to rest everything router to factory WD drive plex reset. Worked then hour later can’t get to plex server using WD my cloud home android app I can access all my movies and play them through that app but plex nothing useless can you tell me what to do to sort this. Portforwading not working now just a mess. Please pass this on to the right department. If this isn’t right
