I bought a Plex pass for myself back in the day. My devices till date have no issues.
One of my family members is in the apple eco system. Apple TV worked well and the decision to make a one time purchase was made. The app was purchased through iPhone. A few days later app was installed on an iPad and the app asked to repurchase. I thought once you bought the app it is free forever on the chosen OS.
Is this normal?
