Hi, I’d like to know what are the video and audio (and subs) parameters used by Plex when I chose “optimize for TV” option. Indeed, I would like to convert videos myself with my PC, as it’s much quicker than with my QNAP NAS. Thanks !
Handbrake should be your friend. They offer lots of presets for different use cases / device types).

Nobody knows ?..
The SPECIFIC settings I don’t know, but I think it converts to H.264 video and Opus audio. Those two codecs are pretty much universally supported by all devices.
