Your Plex Pass is linked to your account, not any single install. Just make sure you sign in to your account with the Plex Pass on your server, and the TV.
LG Smart TV is quite a “headache”.
That depends on which model you have, because older models uses something like “Media Link” which is powered by PLEX and i ‘think’ is no longer supported or is very buggy it doesn’t work (and that was way back, something around in 2010/2011).
Models that are 2015 got some firmware update that some tv have plex app not working, and they use WebOS, and that depends on which version you have, Source here

PS: I own an LG Smart TV i bought in 2010, and still own it but it was very buggy for me and after firmware upgrade in 2015 I can’t use the Media Link anymore.
