Synology DS418Play Hardware Acceleration Stopped working

Recently, it must of been after an update my Synology no longer is using the Hardware Acceleration. 1 Client transcoding anything will send the CPU up to 100% usage. I have plex pass lifetime, I have the correct buttons in Transcode Tab pushed and I’ve had it set up working no problem for years…
I am truly stumped I am desperately looking for some assistance.

Known problem. Fix in the works. In the meantime, fall back to 1.32.1.6999.

Thank you for the quick responce and that link couldn’t have made it easier for me.
I’m nervous to uninstall Plex on the NAS but I’ll do it anyway!. :+1: :+1:

When Uninstalling.

  1. Yes you want to uninstall (first question when you start)
  2. Uninstall Only (the top radio button) is the default.
    This keeps all your existing server data intact. It’s how you change version / downgrade
