Plex Pass: Downgrade Subscription

I had a year subscription until yesterday, But couldn’t renew it right away so I cancelled it. Now Im trying to select a month subscription to tie me over until I can get the funds for a year, But its giving this error while checking out.

"Oops! Looks like we weren’t able to process your payment successfully. Please try again or contact support.

The plan provided is not valid for this user"

Not sure whats happening, My year subscription is completely finished & I have cancelled auto renewal, But its not letting me checkout with a month sub. I actually need this sub to tie me over for HW transcoding & Home users I currently have.

Any help would be great.

Yeah I already messaged them earlier. Just thought I’d ask here in case there’s something I may have missed/overlooked. Thanks anyway!!

EDIT: All fixed. Even though my Plex Pass ran out yesterday, It hadn’t been fully removed from my account. I just checked Plex Web client & the year has been removed asking me to go premium. Thanks again.
