Plex pass features suddently missing

Hi, i’m a first time user here. A month ago i decided to give plex a try and deployed an installation on my qnap 451+. I then decided to subribe to plex pass for a month to evaluate all the features. The first month went kinda smooth (library scanning problem that apparently resolved itself) but on the day of the renewal, a payment was correctly made, but my music libray lost all plex pass features.
I tried to reboot the server, reboot the NAS, disconnect and reconnect the server, create a new music libray with plex features (i can select plex pass but i can’t the the advaced features as i could before) and reinstalling the latest version of the server (1.3.0.3059). I’m starting to think plex doesn’t like me. An ideas guys? i really like this product but in the last week i’m coming across quite a few issues and i would like to see if the can be solved before the next payment at the end of December.

Have you signed out of the server and signed back in?

Thanks for your answer. yes. Also, in a desperate attempt to solve the problem, i changed the main password so my server would be forced to sign out and signed back in. same problem.

If you have completely signed out of the server, perhaps you can then log into the plex web app and delete the server device entirely? Then go to the local server instance and sign in?

I just tried your suggestion. it was a good idea. but no luck…still the same problem.
