As of a few minutes ago, my forum Home page no longer shows the Plex Pass areas. They’re just gone. Momentary glitch, or is Vanilla screwing us again?
Edit: Okay, not missing, but moved way down the list. And the Archive section has moved up to near the top. What’s going on?
Seeing the same thing…
Vanilla is being ornery and having trouble with category ordering. It spontaneously re-arranged itself and then messes itself up again within a few minutes of us fixing it. After fixing it half a dozen times (and it just messing itself up again), I’ve given up until we hear back from Vanilla about it.
Sorry for the weird ordering right now. It’s frustrating here, too.

While you’re talking to Vanilla, can you make some noise about restoring the ability to hide forums? That’s really a headache for me, and they treated me like crap when I said something on their forum.

My understanding is that they’re revamping how they provide functionality in that area/context and things are kind of in-between right now. But don’t really know details about it.

It seems to have happened again. The “Other” and “Archive” sections have jumped up the list.

Yes, unfortunately, it is. We added a new category related to Alexa and the ordering went haywire. It’s been corrected a couple of times, but it just undoes itself out from under us. Vanilla has been informed that the issue returned. Sorry, folks.
