Plex Pass & Free Apps

Hi all,
I know there is plenty of guidance about this, but I am fininding myself a bit confused.

I have installed Plex about 4 months ago and setted 5 users total (4 sharing the main user’s server).
I have since then installed 2 apps (iPhone and iPad). All other users have installed at least one app on an Apple device.
I have never had limitations in streaming lenght even though it was specified so.
App has automatically updated yesterday and is now prompting the message “Playback limit” (I assume this would be the correct info, as my language is Italian).

Anyone had this problem? Or is there like a free trial period (this long?!)
Also, assuming I would pay to upgrade, how do I check if I have a PlexHome setup?
Is the Plex Pass for the manager enough for everyone else to have the app free?

It appears you are the victim of a lucky glitch then.
The Plex apps for mobile devices are not free… they’ll be unlocked as part of a Plex Pass membership or by a one-time in-app-purchase.

I suspected so as well but seemed quite improbable.
Weird and unlucky as I have migrated all media to Plex assuming that in my case it would be free. Will have to think about buying a Pass.
