How can I change my monthly Plex Pass from monthly to a lifetime account?

Thank you, Otto. Got there, but there’s a full payment (minus current month credit), but there’s a $90 option only for new subscriptions… Can I cancel my current subscription and open a new one?
PLEX is offering ( New Subscribers only), Lifetime PLEX Pass Subscription for $119.99 - 25% w/ promo code HOLIDAY25 = $89.99
You will have to create a new plex.tv account to do that. Which then requires your server and all your clients to get transferred over to this new account.
And you will lose your shares.
Only you can tell if this is worth a saving of $30.

unbelievably poor customer support from Plex on never giving existing users a break on a lifetime pass.

Another +1 on this. I’m a loyal plex pass yearly member for the last few years, but plex will not allow me to upgrade using that code. Very poor form from plex. No reward for loyalty.
