Do you have a new set of logs from trying to add the HDHR after the Netgear support call? Also what is the IP Address of the HDHR and the Plex Media Server computer?

So I solved this - sort of.
Creating a new Windows 10 VM
Installed the latest version of Plex Media Server (PMS)
HD HomeRun immediately detected - whereas existing install just spins indefinately and requires me to enter the IP address.
